I don’t accept cancellations once item has been paid for as I will be aiming to get orders out ASAP.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Custom or personalised order

I will only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. For damaged items you must send photo evidence of the damage (and if damaged in transit by the courier, pictures of the packaging) within 3 days of receiving said damaged item.
Return items back within: 7 days of delivery

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs which I will refund once faulty/ damaged item has been received and checked.
